Arrest In Trempealeau Stabbing

Deputies arrested a teenager in connection with a stabbing on Sunday.

The Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department says deputies arrested 17-year-old Arik Schultz of Holmen on suspicion of second-degree attempted intentional homicide.The department says dispatchers received a call Sunday stating she and another person had been stabbed at a home near Centerville.

Crews responded to State Highway 35 near Trempealeau and took 21-year-old Katlynn Stinson of Mindoro to a local hospital by ambulance.

18-year-old Anthony Stagman of La Crosse had several stab wounds.

He was flown to a La Crosse hospital.
