La Crosse County’s surge in positive COVID-19 cases continues, with 22 new lab-confirmed cases announced on Thursday by the health department.
That increases the county’s total to 195.
Of those, 115 are active cases, with the rest recovered.
Health officials say 13 of the new cases are people younger than 30.
As a result of case increase, La Crosse City Hall is closing to the general public as of Friday.
Officials say this closure will be looked at on a weekly basis.
