Cookbook for cat lovers that’s inspired by cat food

Progress is being made in clearing out a backlog of shipments at the nation’s ports. The Wal Street Journal reporting the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach had their busiest March on record handling over 898-thousand loaded containers. That’s up to 97-percent over the same month last year. The Journal reports there were 23-container ships waiting offshore last week. That’s down from the peak of about 40-waiting to offload in February. The flood of imports due to businesses restocking after their supplies were depleted in the pandemic as well as a surge in consumer demand.

Check out these shoes! They’re made from mushrooms. Stan Smith Mylo from Adidas was created in partnership with biotechnology company Bolt Threads. Mylo is made from renewable mycelium which is the underground roots of mushrooms. Adidas says it is soft and super similar to leather. It’s not known yet how much the shoes will cost.

Have you ever wanted to try your cat’s food? Now you really can! Fancy Feast has released a cookbook for humans! It’s inspired by its petites single-serve cat entrees. Fancy Feast says the meals are meant to accompany your cat’s food. Each human recipe is color-coated so you know which flavor to pair with your meal.
