Could Changes be coming to E15 Labeling?

Gas pumps that offer E15 may look a little different soon. There’s word the EPA is considering making label changes for gas containing higher blends of ethanol. Reuters reporting it’s an effort to put to rest biofuel industry concerns that the current labels might discourage the use of it. That’s because current federal E15 labels at pumps warn of possible engine damage. However, it was not clear what kind of changes are being contemplated. It’s thought an announcement on this could come soon.

Fortune Magazine reports yogurt brand Chobani is going to start paying workers a 15- dollar per hour minimum wage. That’s more than twice the federal minimum wage of seven-25 per hour. Just over two-thirds of the Chobani employees are paid by the hour. The increase takes effect in the first quarter of 2021. Chobani’s CEO and founder, telling “Fortune” it is up to CEO’s and businesses to bring about “fundamental change” to its workers.
