7-trillion dollars. That’s how much the U.S. Food and Agriculture Sector contributes to our nation’s economy. That’s according to a new “Feeding the Economy” report. It was commissioned by 33-food and ag groups as a way to show the critical role the industry plays in feeding America. The report also says the sector is responsible for one-fifth of the country’s economic activity and supports more than 40-million jobs. That’s about 13-percent of alL U-S employment. It also supports more than 2-trillion dollars in wages last year and nearly 800 (797) billion in taxes.

A new cookbook is out that is aimed at helping people who have lost their taste and smell due to the coronavirus. The book is called “Taste and Flavor”. Two British cooks…came up with the concept…saying they engineered their recipes to aid those with a missing or distorted sense of smell. You can get a free digital copy from Life Kitchen.

Domino’s is trying out something new in Houston, Texas. It’s a self-driving pizza delivery service. The pizza chain says some of its customers will be able to choose to have their pizza delivered by Nuro’s R-2 robot. The Nuro R-2 is a completely autonomous on-road delivery vehicle. That means no delivery driver to greet you at the door with your order. But once the pizza arrives, you get a special pin to get your order out.
