Beating and Stabbing of a Parking Enforcement Officer

Two men are now charged in connection to the beating and stabbing of a Milwaukee parking enforcement officer.

Tony Bornes has been wanted since 2018, and Isaac Ali just got out of prison.

Amy DuPont reports both Milwaukee men are behind bars… Again.

According to investigators. 26-year old tony Bornes and 22-year old Isaac Ali…. Confessed to their roles in the beating and stabbing of a parking enforcement officer.

The 60-year old victim told police he had just placed a ticket on a vehicle near 67th and Villard… When Tony Bornes punched him in the face and chest. Knocking him to the ground.

The victim says Isaac Ali stood by and watched as Bornes then kicked him in the face and chest.

After the beating… The victim told police the two suspects simply walked away.

The victim radioed for help and the dispatcher told him to drive here to district 4 just a few blocks away. The victim collapsed here in the grass and that`s when he realized the suspect tony Bornes had stabbed him)

One of the 3 stab wounds nicked the victim`s liver.

Doctors at Froedtert had to open his chest to stop the bleeding.

According to the criminal complaint. Bornes told detectives ‘a certain energy passes through him’ since his cousin`s death…. And that he approached the victim â€™as a demon’.

Police charged Bornes with the attack.

Ali is charged with obstructing an officer. For initially telling police he was asleep during the attack

Both men are locked up in the Milwaukee county jail.

A place they`ve both been before.

Ali has served time for armed robbery.

Bornes for battery.

He also plead guilty to possession of cocaine but didn’t show up for sentencing.

A judge issued a warrant for his arrest in 2018.

The victim has worked for the city for 22 years.

This isn`t the first time he`s been assaulted.

That`s why he was wearing a bullet proof vest the night of the attack.

Unfortunately, Bornes stabbed him just below the vest.
