Chippewa Valley Authors Read Live at Pablo Center

Sunday was the first year Chippewa Valley Local Authors combined emerging and established authors to read live at the Pablo Center.

Eleven authors brought their books to life with a 30 second trailer and a speech about their book in Eau Claire.

This event was a dream for one author who is now the president of the CVLA. Three years ago he and the two co-founders wanted local authors from the Chippewa Valley to sell and market each others literary art.

Persistence and perseverance are a wonderful thing,” said Bill Callaghan, President of Chippewa Valley Local Authors. “Here we are today, being able to see a dream come true.”
