The countdown continues as we’re now less than two days away from kick-off to Super Bowl 51 and folks are keeping track until kick-off, literally counting down the minutes. Reporter John Kucko joins us again now with more from Houston.
There has been an uptick in excitement here in Houston for Super Bowl 51.
Many of the fans in those three-day getaways arriving here in Texas.
The Super Bowl host committee has four of these countdowns to the Super Bowl clocks. This one has been in place dating back to last February. They also have one of these at each of the two major airports here.
They’ve become a good photo op for fans near the NFL experience.
Coaches held their final news conferences here this morning. No more talking about the game, publicly, until after the game Sunday night.
Thanks John. For football fanatics looking forward to this weekend’s Super Bowl, here’s a rundown of FOX programming…
It begins Saturday at 6 pm with Inside the Huddle Legends: 20th Anniversary Special and wraps up with the NFL honors show. Sunday’s coverage begins at 9 am with three hours of Super Bowl coverage up until noon. Starting at noon, FOX starts its pre-game coverage all the way up until 5:30 pm central time for the kick-off of Super Bowl 51 between the Falcons and Patriots.
Following postgame coverage, FOX will air 24: Legacy with First News at Nine coming up immediately afterwards.
