Evers Recommends $160 Millions for Projects at UW-La Crosse

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse announced Gov. Tony Evers has recommend more than $160 million for four projects on campus.

The money would be used for the phase two of the Prairie Springs Science Center, new athletic facilities, renovations to residence halls and academic buildings.

UW-La Crosse chancellor, Joe Gow says he is grateful for the projects to be included in the capital improvement plan.

The state building commission will give its approval to projects on March 19.
