La Crosse Man Arrested for Possession of Meth


 A La Crosse man has been arrested for possession of more than two pounds of methamphetamine.

The La Crosse Police Investigators and Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at 819 Avon St.

The department says Andrew Henke, 35, was taken into custody without incident.

While searching the residence, investigators located more than 900 grams of meth. Worth a street value of around $26,000, drug packaging material, 112 grams of an unknown white substance and over $14,000 in cash.

Henke was referred on charges of Possession of Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine.
