BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – A Black River Falls man was arrested for suspicion of OWI 5th offense. According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement received a call about a hit-and-run in the town of Millston around 12:30 p.m. The striking vehicle left the scene traveling towards Black River Falls.

When deputies stopped the vehicle, the driver, 31-year-old Adam Decorah, was believed to be under the influence of intoxicants. Decorah refused a field sobriety test and was arrested. He was also found to be on probation and has a revoked driver’s license. Decorah is being held in the Jackson County Jail.
