LA CROSSE/EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – For a second straight day, Wisconsin health officials report no new deaths from COVID-19.
New cases go up by 423 and the state’s 7-day average by test sits at 2.6 percent.
Eau Claire County’s case count moves up by 11.
La Crosse County by 6.
Dunn County by 12.
Chippewa County adds no new positive tests for the virus, and for Barron County, 23 new cases reported since Friday.
State DHS reports more than 1.1 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered to Wisconsinites, with around 6.1 percent of people completing their vaccine series.
Eau Claire and La Crosse counties are closing in on 9 percent of the population is fully vaccinated.
Chippewa County is at eight percent.
Dunn County at 4.4 percent and 4.9 percent for Barron County.
