LA CROSSE/EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – Over the last 24 hours, over 10,000 more Wisconsinites have completed the COVID-19 vaccination series.
That brings the total amount of fully vaccinated people in the state to more nearly 2.3 million people or 39 percent.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is also reporting over 2.6 million or 45 percent have received the first dose of the vaccine.
Taking a look at the fully vaccinated around western Wisconsin, Eau Claire County is reporting nearly 43 percent of people in the county are fully vaccinated. 38 percent in Chippewa County. Dunn County reports 32 percent are fully vaccinated and 46 percent of people in La Crosse County are inoculated.
