LA CROSSE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – The spread of Covid-19 in Wisconsin is now considered low in 3 counties – Lincoln, Pepin, and Trempealeau. But, there remains concern over getting the state’s vaccination rate back up.
43.6% of the state’s population is now fully vaccinated against the virus with 13,000 more people finishing those “shots in the arm”.
Eau Claire county’s rate sits tonight at 46.7 percent. Chippewa county has 41.7 percent of its population fully vaccinated. La Crosse county moves above 50 percent today, and 35.5 percent of Dunn county’s population has completed the inoculation process.
