DUNN COUNTY, Wis. (WLAX/WEAU) – Property owners in Dunn County are going to see a break in their taxes for county purposes next year. The Dunn County Board of Supervisors approved a budget that will lower the county property taxes on a typical home by 26%. According to the county, the owner of a house valued at $150,000 will pay around $745 in property taxes for county purposes. They paid around $939 this year.

The county tax rate is just one part of a property owner’s total annual tax bill. Other rates include the municipality and the school district.
