EAU CLAIRE Wisc. (WLAX/WEUX) – A jury finds an Eau Claire County man guilty on all counts in connection to the 2018 overdose death of another man. The trial for Roger Minck started Monday.
He was charged tied to the overdose death of Toby Cleasby of Gilmanton. Today, the jury found Minck guilty of hiding a corpse, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and delivery of narcotics.
Cleasby was missing for more than a month before his body was found in Minck’s home on Seymour road in December 2018. Cleasby, who was 53 at the time of his death, died from a mixed drug toxicity and overdose. Minck is scheduled to be sentenced in March.
