EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – If you were hoping to get on the ice this month, you may have to put those plans on hold.
Hobbs Ice Arena in Eau Claire is currently undergoing repairs on the HVAC unit and the rink’s dehumidification unit.
The arena will remain temporarily closed to the public while repairs are made.
Once the repairs are complete, the city and the health department will monitor the COVID-19 situation. Hobbs is hoping to reopen by late December or early January.
