McCandless was found guilty of First-Degree Intentional Homicide

A jury has found Ezra McCandless GUILTY of First-degree intentional homicide.

The jury deliberated for just over three hours before reaching a verdict.

McCandless is charged in the stabbing death of 24-year-old Alex Woodworth in March 2018.

The jury heard closing arguments on Friday. The trial has lasted more than two weeks.

Bond for McCandless has been revoked. Sentencing for McCandless will be held Feb. 7, 2020.
