TILDEN Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – A home in Tilden is destroyed after a fire. The Tilden Fire Department was called to a house fire on 110th street, behind the Tilden Town Hall, around 11 pm Sunday.

Crews say family members living in the home were able to get out safely. Firefighters were on the scene until about 9:30 this morning. The home is a total loss.

Firefighters believe the fire started in the basement. There is no official cause, but it’s believed to be an electrical issue.
