Local News

Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – Governor Evers has ordered the U.S. and Wisconsin flags to be flown at half-staff remembering those lost to the pandemic.

It’s in conjunction with an order from President Biden lowering the U.S. flag nationwide. This is the flag atop the white house yesterday morning.

The orders are in honor of the more than 500 thousand Americans, including more than 63-hundred Wisconsinites lost to the pandemic.

The order will end at sunset on Friday, February 26.
