GREEN BAY, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – HSHS and Prevea Health Systems say electronic health records are working again three weeks after a systemwide outage. An update from the health providers says HSHS and Prevea successfully restored functionality to the Epic platform which includes MyPrevea-MyChart applications.
Patients are still encouraged to call their provider’s office if they need urgent assistance instead of sending a message through the portal. The hospitals and clinics have been working through a technology outage since late last month. Officials say it was the result of a cyber-attack.
