Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – Two more charges are filed against a La Crosse doctor accused of sexually assaulting multiple children.
40-year-old joseph Poterucha appeared virtually in La Crosse County court today.
He now faces three counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13.
He’s a pediatrician and ICU doctor at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse.
The complaint says the alleged incidents did not happen at the clinic.
Mayo has since placed him on administrative leave.
Poterucha has posted a 25-thousand-dollar cash bond and is due back in court on November third.
