LA CROSSE, Wis. (WLAX/WEAU) – Charges are filed against a man accused of breaking into a private plane at the La Crosse Regional Airport over the weekend. La Crosse Police say 31-year-old Cody Anderson was arrested and is charged with six counts including terrorist threats and a bomb scare.

On Saturday, just after 3 in the afternoon, Anderson drove a vehicle through a locked gate at the airport and boarded a private plane. The complaint says he also claimed he had two pistols with him and threatened to blow up the plane.

Staff on the plane were able to safely leave the plane before officers arrested Anderson. A $500,000 cash bond was set today (11/13/23) in court.
