Menomonie clothing drive to support the Refugees at Fort McCoy

MENOMONIE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – You can help make sure the Refugees at Fort McCoy in Monroe county have plenty of clothing.

The UW-Stout veterans club is organizing a clothing drive in Menomonie.

The president of the Veterans club says some 13 thousand Afghan Evacuees are in need of undergarments, shoes and winter clothing.

New and like new clothing items can be dropped off at the UW-stout memorial student center.

The clothing drive runs until November eighth.
