LA CROSSE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – The La Crosse Sheriff’s Office says three victims of a recent homicide had been staying at an Onalaska hotel in the day or days before their deaths.
They also released photos of the deceased – identified as 23-year-old Trevor Maloney, and 24-year-olds Peng Lor, and Nemo Yang.
Their bodies were found at the entrance of a quarry, owned by Milestone Materials in the town of Hamilton, just east of La Crosse.
Investigators believe the homicides occurred sometime between 2 and just before 5 a.m. Friday. That’s when two employees heading to work at the quarry called 911.
