Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – After part of its roof collapsed under the weight of heavy snow Tuesday morning, Miller Hill mall in Duluth will stay closed until at least today as crews work to clean and repair the damage.
Authorities are blaming the wet, heavy snow for the roof collapse. No one was hurt. Crews are shoveling and blowing more snow off other sections of the roof. Authorities are testing how structurally safe the rest of the building is before stores are allowed to reopen. The mall is working on a phased reopening plan.
