Local News

RUSK COUNTY, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – Two people tied to a Rusk County couple’s death last summer were back in court yesterday. One of the suspects changed his plea.

22-year-old Adam Rosolowski and 18-year-old Joseph Falk appeared from the Rusk County Jail via zoom.

They’re charged with multiple counts, including two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.

Along with 16-year-old Tristan Shober, they’re charged in the deaths of Rosolowski’s grandparents, near the village of Sheldon in June 2020.

During yesterday’s court proceeding, Falk changed his plea to not guilty by mental disease or defect.  The court ordered an evaluation.

Rosolowski entered a not guilty plea to a charge of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent. He previously pleaded not guilty to the other charges.
