Rusk County homicide suspects plead not guilty

RUSK COUNTY, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – Three people including the grandson of a Rusk County couple shot and killed in their home have pleaded not guilty in their deaths.

21-year-old Adam Rosolowski, 17-year-old Joseph Falk, and 16-year-old Tristan Shober appeared in Rusk County court today.

They waived their right to a preliminary hearing. The judge ruled probable cause exists and they were bound over for trial. They then pleaded not guilty.

The three are charged in the shooting deaths of Adam’s grandparents, Robert and Bonnie Rosolowski. A criminal complaint says Rosolowski went to his grandparent’s home in the town of Marshall on June 6 with Falk and Shober.

During an interview with investigators, Rosolowski admitted to being in the house when he says Falk shot his grandfather and grandmother and then admitted he also fired two rounds towards his grandmother.

Their bodies were found by another grandson the next day.
