Charges are dismissed against a former Eau Claire teacher accused of repeated sexual assault of a child.
In April, Roger Sahs was arrested on the now-dismissed charges.
He previously taught at Eau Claire memorial high school and McDonnell central high school.
His arrest came after a woman told authorities she was sexually assaulted multiple times by Sahs starting when she was seven years old.
Today, the Eau Claire County district attorney’s office says the prosecutor is not proceeding with the case, however, the charges were dismissed “without prejudice” meaning they can be re-filed in the future.
