Attorney Daniel Kelly will be the newest addition to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Governor Scott Walker announced his appointment today, saying Kelly’s real world experience combined with his intellect and integrity make him well suited to be a member of the court.
Kelly says he looks forward with working with the other justices and serving the people of Wisconsin.
“I look forward to taking the oath of this office, in which I will promise to you and all of Wisconsin, that I will faithfully apply the constitution of this great state and of our country to the absolute best of my ability,” Kelly said.
Kelly replaces Justice David Prosser who will retire at the end of the month.
