TREMPELEAU, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – A Federal Grand Jury has indicted a Trempealeau County man for child sex crimes. 32-year-old Seth Fagan of Galesville was arrested today in La Crosse and charged with sexual exploitation of a child and extortion.

The indictment claims Fagan coerced a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct in order to create a visual depiction of it. It also alleges him of threatening to damage the minor’s reputation, along with receiving a visual depiction of a second minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. If convicted, Fagan faces mandatory minimum penalties of multiple years in prison on each of the charges.
