LA CROSSE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – An overnight chase through La Crosse ends with two men in custody.
This started just after 1 am Monday when a La Crosse police officer tried to make a traffic stop at the intersections of 4th and Ferry Streets.
A vehicle driven by 18-year-old Caleb Abbott took off at a high rate of speed.
It eventually crashed into a parked truck north of downtown La Crosse and ran off.
Abbott and a passenger in his car, 19-year-old Dylan Bingham, were found and arrested a short time later.
A shotgun was found near where Bingham was hiding.
A taser was also found after a search of the vehicle.
