DE PERE Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – A Walmart in De Pere was evacuated yesterday after officers responded to a call of a man inside the store acting erratically. According to police, the man had two large knives and eventually barricaded himself inside a bathroom.
A SWAT team responded and was able to take the man into custody. He was then taken to a hospital. The police department has not shared his condition or any charges he may face. No one else was hurt.
