GREEN BAY, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – A man who shot and killed two people and wounded a third at a Wisconsin casino restaurant before police killed him had been fired from the restaurant and banned from the property.

It happened Saturday at the Oneida Casino’s Duck Creek Restaurant in Green Bay just before 7:30 PM.

Brown County Sheriff Todd Delain says 62-year-old Bruce Pofahl walked into the restaurant and fatally shot two people, then shot and wounded a person outside the restaurant.

Delain says police shot and killed Pofahl on the north side of the building near a parking garage.

The wounded man is in serious but stable condition at a Milwaukee hospital.
