One person was charged today in connection to a shooting incident in La Crosse last month. A complaint was filed against 31-year-old Brandon Stemper of Holmen.
In it, authorities linked a video of Stemper with a handgun during a tattooing party. This was at a motorcycle clubhouse on La Crosse’s north side. Authorities say Stemper used the gun and shot nine times into a wall at the clubhouse.
Two other people were named today by the La Crosse Police Department as suspected to be involved: 55-year-old Javier Ortize and 24-year-old Amber Peters. Neither one of them have been charged.
