DUNN COUNTY Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – A Dunn County man is sentenced to more than 12 years in prison for trafficking meth in Wisconsin. An investigation by the US Department of Justice revealed 42-year-old Adam Beliveau traveled regularly to California and mailed large amounts of illegal drugs to himself in Wisconsin.

In November 2020, officers arrested him at a convenience store in Woodville, and found more than one thousand grams of meth in his car, and nearly 30- thousand dollars in cash. Later that day, agents executed search warrants at his home in Downing and a storage unit in Baldwin.

Officers found large amounts of heroin, fentanyl, THC, multiple firearms, and hundreds of rounds of ammunition. Beliveau pleaded guilty to the charges in April.
