RUSK COUNTY Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – One of the two men who killed a Rusk County couple two years ago is sentenced to life in prison. A Rusk County judge sentenced 19-year-old Joseph Falk to life without the possibility of parole yesterday.
In April, Falk, along with 23-year-old Adam Rosolowski pleaded guilty to two counts of being party to first-degree intentional homicide. They were convicted in the June 2020 shooting deaths of Rosolowski’s grandparents, 73-year-old Robert and 70-year-old Bonnie Rosolowski at their home in Sheldon.
Adam Rosolowski was scheduled to be sentenced this afternoon, but according to online court records, the judge is removing himself from the case after the defense attorney objected.
