Packer fans in Western Wisconsin will have an opportunity to meet Packers president and CEO Mark Murphy and six former Packers players on the team’s annual trek around the state next week to hype the start of training camp and the 2022 season.

Murphy and former Green Bay standouts Tramon Williams, James Starks, Mike Neal, Tony Moll, Jason Spitz, and Scott Wells will travel via a custom Packers-themed motor coach and visit 10 cities in western and central Wisconsin:  New London, Waupaca, Wausau, Thorp, Hudson, Prescott, La Crosse, Onalaska, Wisconsin Rapids, and Stevens Point.

According to a team news release, the group will depart from the Lambeau Field parking lot on July 13 and make surprise stops in and around the Wisconsin cities, including businesses, schools, hospitals, camps, event venues, and community centers.  The four-day tour concludes on the afternoon of July 17.

This is the second year for the Packers Road Trip, which proved to be a popular evolution of the Packers Tailgate Tour and makes more stops than its predecessor.  The tailgate tour was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic
