Lucas’ Week 7 Sleeper Picks

Rashee Rice: DK Price $4,700 | FD Price: $5,600

Lucas’ first sleeper, is a rookie Kansas City Chief wide receiver. Rashee Rice is an intriguing fantasy football sleeper for Week 7 on platforms. Slowly establishing himself as the WR1 for the Kansas City Chiefs, Rice has stepped up as a reliable option alongside the unmistakable top choice, Travis Kelce. Averaging the most yards per game and providing the highest number of receptions among Chiefs’ receivers, Rice is proving to be a valuable asset for Patrick Mahomes. The upcoming matchup against the Chargers, who have allowed the most points per game to the receiver position through five weeks, adds to his fantasy appeal. Given the numerous BYE weeks in Week 7, Rice stands out as a top choice among sleepers and streamers, presenting significant upside for fantasy managers. Plug him in for a cheap price! He’s going for only $4,700 on Draft Kings and $5,600 on Fan Duel!

Craig Reynolds: DK Price $4,900 | FD Price: $5,600

Lucas’ second sleeper, is Lions running back Craig Reynolds. The Lions have been surprisingly efficient and deep on offense, with even reserve players contributing significant touchdowns from Jared Goff. This offensive success is partly due to a reasonably effective running game that prevents them from becoming one-dimensional. However, injuries have plagued their running backs. With David Montgomery nursing a rib injury and Jahmyr Gibbs sidelined with a hamstring issue, the Lions may turn to Reynolds as their go-to back. Though his ground game production has been limited this season, he did find the end zone against Carolina recently. Even if Gibbs plays this week, Reynolds should be the hammer, punching his way through the redzone. While he may not be the top choice, if you’re facing a challenging situation or finding a replacement for this BYE week, Reynolds could be a viable option to consider for Week 7. He’s going for $4,900 on Draft Kings and $5,600 on Fan Duel, and we all know how scarce running backs are these days.

Justin’s Week 7 Sleeper Picks

Kareem Hunt RB: DK Price: $5,000| FD Price: $6,200

The running back committee is evolving into a closer to a 50/50 split, indicating a significant role for Hunt. With Deshaun Watson sidelined, the backup QB is likely to lean on the backfield for offensive support, increasing Hunt’s fantasy potential. Furthermore, the Colts’ run defense ranks 21st in the league and recently allowed two touchdowns to Travis Etienne, highlighting their vulnerability. This sets the stage for Hunt to capitalize and potentially find the end zone, making him an attractive option for Week 7’s fantasy contests.

Marquise Brown WR: DK Price: $5,300 | FD Price: $6,700

Brown’s consistent high volume of targets is a significant factor in his favor, with 11 targets last week and double-digit targets in four out of six games this season. This consistent volume sets the stage for Brown to potentially deliver a standout performance. Also, the Seahawks’ defense currently ranks dead last (32nd) against the pass, making them a prime target for Brown’s skills. Despite the potential limitations of quarterback Joshua Dobbs, Brown is expected to receive a significant share of looks, offering significant fantasy potential in Week 7.
